Rates inclusive of GST (12.5%)

• A 25% deposit of the total stay is required upon booking
• Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a NZ$250.00 booking fee
• Cancellation within 30 days of your visit will incur a loss of deposit
• Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside The Chambers apartment
• No pets or animals are permitted
• The Chambers or its owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay
• Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible 
• The Chambers is for a maximum of 6 people.
• A minimum of 3 nights stay is required 
• Reasonable usage of the wireless broadband internet connection is free of charge
• The Chambers is serviced every 5 days.  Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an additional charge on prior request 
• Check in time is from 2:00pm onwards, Check out time is before 10:00am. Late check out and early check in may be accommodated if possible by prior arrangement.
